By using StudyItAll you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose — here is what actually matters.

The service, as-is

StudyItAll is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online.

Educational content

Our lessons and quizzes are for learning and practice. In particular, the CDL material is practice preparation based on publicly available DMV topics — it is NOT official state DMV material, and using it does not guarantee you will pass any exam. Always check your state's official CDL manual before test day. Likewise, the Trading & Charts content teaches how charts and markets work — it is educational only, NOT financial or investment advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

Using the code runner

The code runner is for learning to program. Don't use it for anything illegal, to attack or abuse other systems, or to hammer the execution services — fair-use limits apply. If we see abuse, we may suspend the account responsible.

Paid plans & billing

All Access is $9.99/month or $89 once for lifetime access, processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel — you can cancel anytime from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the paid period. Lifetime means the lifetime of StudyItAll: one payment, access for as long as the service exists. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Prices may change for new purchases, never retroactively for an active subscription or a completed lifetime purchase.

Whose stuff is whose

The lessons, quizzes, and everything else on this site are ours. The code you write in the editor is yours — we claim no rights to it.

Third-party links

We link to outside sites and tools where they're useful. A link is not an endorsement, and we're not responsible for what happens on sites we don't run.
